If 2 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods like stationary, toys, electronics, papers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional non-returnable items:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gift cards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To start a return, you can contact us at: bookberrieslb@gmail.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Book with obvious signs of use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any product that has been opened.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any item that is returned more than 2 days after delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you\u2019ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Late or missing refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, please contact us at: bookberrieslb@gmail.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sale items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bookberrieslb@gmail.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gifts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you\u2019ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To return your product, you should mail your product to our delivery company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
