You’ve done the affirmations. The vision boards. The journaling. You’ve read the books, watched the videos, tried every technique. And you’re still stuck.

That’s where I was. Until I stopped looking at all the sources and went straight to the one they were all borrowing from.

The Quran had been saying everything the self-help world charges thousands for. It said it better, deeper, and 1,400 years earlier. Nobody showed it to me that way. Not at the masjid. Not in school. Not in any seminar. I had to find it myself.

This book is everything I found.

Inside these 23 chapters, you’ll discover:

• Why 95% of your behavior runs on a subconscious program that was installed before you could question it — and how the Quran teaches you to rewrite it.

• The mirror law: your outer world can only show you what’s already inside. Change the inside and the outside has no choice but to follow.

• What the prophet stories are really about — they’re not history lessons. Every one of them is mapping something happening inside your body and mind right now.

• The prayer formula Ibrahim, Musa, and Sulaiman all used. It’s hidden across dozens of surahs. Nobody talks about it.

• Why repeating a Name of Allah 10,000 times does nothing if you’re doing it wrong — and the 3-step method that actually works

• A 10-second practice called the Flash Meditation that builds the kind of inner stillness monks spend decades chasing

• How to sit with the Quran and let it explain itself to you directly — without a degree, a teacher, or anyone’s permission

• The real meaning of tawakkul, sabr, and rizq — stripped of cultural baggage and returned to what Allah actually said

This is not a tafsir. This is not a religious lecture.

This is a book for anyone who feels like they were built for more but can’t figure out why their life isn’t reflecting it yet. Whether you grew up Muslim and the Quran felt like something you recited but never understood, or you’ve been deep in the consciousness and manifestation world and never thought to look at the Quran — this book meets you where you are.

“I wrote this because when my income changed, my marriage changed, my health changed — all from changing what was inside — I realized this wasn’t just for me. This was for everyone who’s been searching.”

— Mohammed Al-Ubaidy, @ReachMohammed

If you’ve ever read Think and Grow Rich, Becoming Supernatural, or The Power of Now and thought “there has to be something deeper” — this is it. The source. The original. The Mirror
